SHIPPING

Orders with are shipped with standard shipping and typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. *We do NOT offer expedited shipping at this time, but it is a feature we will add in the future.*

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Rubie & Jane will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Exchange Information

We accept exchanges postmarked within 14 days from the date you placed your order.
Exchanges are for same product or in store credit. Exchanges must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. Original shipping is not refundable. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

How Do I Make An Exchange?

Fill out the exchange form included in your order and contact a sales representative sales@rubiejane.com (936) 637-1084 for further instructions.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at (936) 638-1084 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 AM-5:00 pm CDT. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top right of the page and logging into your Rubie & Jane Account.
